Danika is a Creator beyond genre.
Singing on county fair stages since the age of three, her voice shines with the light of her influences, the pure balladry of Ireland's Paul Brady, the modern mystic rhythms of Sierra Ferrell, the open hearted lyricism of Ms. Lauryn Hill, and the psychedelic force of Layne Staley.
Her debut album, Bare My Heart, was cowritten, produced and recorded with Ben Potter at Katula Creek studios in Nashville alongside the legendary Denny Martin. The album was released to a full house at the historic McFiler's Chehalis Theater, and will be featured on her upcoming tours in 2025.
She's a regular at McFiler's Chehalis Theater, Quincy, The Juice Box, Endless Sound Cellars, Rhythm's Coffee and more.
She is called to bring forth an honest expression of the journey of the soul, which is impossible to put into a box.
Her songs are a salve for the spirit, and her voice is honest, and filled with an earnestness that can quiet any crowded bar. Her art, and her heart, are entirely devoted to Love and creating an even more beautiful, heartfelt world.
